Venue & Greenhouse

  • We can host up to 160 guests. There is no minimum guest count.

  • Yes! Our space has heating and air conditioning, so you and your guests will be comfortable no matter the season.

  • Yes, the greenhouse can be used for ceremonies all year round. The peak months for the greenhouse blooms are late June thru early September.

  • Yes, our venue is designed to be fully accessible for all guests.

  • Yes! We have 50 on-site parking spaces, plus space for buses and shuttles for easy drop-off and pick-up.

  • Yes! A gas station is located just 1.5 miles away, and we also have an electric vehicle charging station on-site.

  • While we don’t have a full kitchen, we do provide a catering prep room and a designated area for vendor vehicles, making it easy for your caterer to work efficiently.

  • Yes! Once your contract is signed, a $1,000 non-refundable security deposit will secure your date. You are welcome to pay in full or set up a payment plan. Final payment is due 30 days before your event.

  • We provide ceremony chairs, round tables, and dining chairs for your event, as well as full use of the venue and the outdoor grounds.

Weddings & Other Events

  • All tours are by appointment only - you can schedule through this page.

  • Absolutely! Mountain Pearl Event Space is the perfect setting for a micro wedding or elopement. Our intimate packages are designed for up to 50 guests. You can learn more about micro wedding packages here.

  • Absolutely! We love seeing how guests personalize the space. We just ask that you avoid anything that could cause damage, like nails or glue. If you’re unsure about a specific decoration, just ask — we’re happy to help.

  • Yes, as long as they are enclosed or floating in water.

  • We focus exclusively on the venue and its operations. For the best experience, we strongly recommend hiring a professional planner — whether full, partial, or day-of coordination to ensure that your wedding journey runs smoothly.

  • You or your hired team will be responsible for setup and breakdown.

  • We have a list of trusted vendors we love working with! While you’re not required to choose from our list, all vendors must be licensed and insured.

  • If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll work with your wedding planner to move the ceremony indoors or into our greenhouse.
