We Can’t Wait to Meet You!

Your tour request has made its way to our team at The Mountain Pearl, and we’re so excited to connect with you! We’ll be in touch within 1 business day (2 at the very most if things are extra busy) to find the perfect time for your visit.

Before You Arrive:

  • Having a good sense of your guest count and budget before your tour is really helpful. If you marked your budget as “unknown,” no worries—we’ll share some guidance ahead of time so everything feels clear and realistic. We’d much rather talk through it early than have any surprises later!

  • Feel free to bring along anyone who needs to see the venue before you feel comfortable signing a contract. Instead of second private tours, we also host open houses where friends and family can join in.

  • Most of what we cover during tours is already on our website. Couples tell us they enjoy the experience so much more when they’ve had a chance to browse in advance - then you can simply soak in the beautiful views when you’re here.

A Few Logistics:

  • We don’t hold dates without a contract, so it’s a good idea to double - check our availability online before your tour.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance - we really appreciate it!

  • We’re a “no-pressure” venue. That means no contracts or deposits during the tour. If The Mountain Pearl feels like the ideal fit for you, we’ll handle everything afterward by email.
