Before You Arrive:

  • Having a good sense of your guest count and budget before your tour is really helpful.

  • Feel free to bring along anyone who needs to see the venue before you feel comfortable signing a contract.

  • Most of what we cover during tours is already on our website. Couples tell us they enjoy the experience so much more when they’ve had a chance to browse in advance, then you can simply soak in the beautiful views when you’re here.

A Few Logistics:

  • Please keep in mind that we don’t hold dates without a signed contract.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance - we really appreciate it!

  • We’re a “no-pressure” venue. That means no contracts or deposits during the tour. If The Mountain Pearl feels like the ideal fit for you, we’ll handle everything afterward by email.
